We dispatch the products from Melbourne and our team in the warehouse work closely with us to dispatch the products as quickly as possible. We usually ship out within 2 days.
We ship within Australia only with regular shipping. We partner with several major courier companies (including Australia Post) to deliver the goods. Customers will receive notifications from the courier company.
If the courier company charges us the Re-delivery fee, Re-directing fee or Re-booking fee, it is outside our control and responsibility and therefore we reserve our right to transfer such charges to the customers.
Most of our products come with a 12 months warranty.

We reserve the right to manage each case with the suppliers and decide as to what compensation may be offered for the customer, on each circumstance.
If you would like to return the product due to change of your mind, it must be the original condition in the original package to be sellable. The return postage with tracking to our 3rd party logistics warehouse in Clayton South in Victoria is borne by the customer. We issue a refund less a handling & re-stocking fee of $8 upon receipt of the item that is in a satisfactory re-sellable condition.
