The result is a tent for two people suitable for the most diverse environments. The geodesic pole construction crosses four times, which brings added stability against strong winds. The tent is completely freestanding, and both of the big vestibules do not need to be anchored either. One special feature are the four entrances on the fly, so that one entrance can always be set up out of the wind. Both of the inner tent entrances have access to their own entrance areas and vestibules. In addition, the opposing entrances provide for optimal ventilation of the tent. The vents on both the fly and inner tent can also be closed, and the large mosquito-netting doors on the inner tent can be completely covered to prevent unwanted drafts. Four inner tent pockets and a gear loft in the inner tent create order. The details make this tent unique: for instance, one of the zipper bases is connected with a string to the bottom edge of the corresponding door of the fly. When the zipper is opened, the material of the door also goes up, keeping it out of the dirt. The fabrics of the Unlimited Line are processed with high stitch density. All tents of the line have YKK zippers specially developed for tents as well as closable ventilation flaps, which can also be operated from the inside. The storage package contains a compression pack and reflective guy lines with guy line pockets and strong tent pegs.

To ensure your peace of mind while shopping with us, we offer returns within 80 days from the date of your order. We gladly provide refunds for items that are in new, unused, and original condition. Yes, we do accept returns for sale items. Additionally, you have the option to return your online orders in-store.

We can provide a refund where the returned item is subject to the following;

The item is returned within 80 days from the date of their original order.

Presents "as new" in appearance, be unused, have no signs of wear and tear, and must not be damaged or soiled.

Be packaged in its original undamaged packaging with all product tickets and swing tags. 

That the item's original packaging is not marked or used as the outer layer of packaging for transport. Please ensure you do not attach anything to the outside of the original packaging. e.g. Shoe boxes must be placed inside another box or satchel for shipping as we may deny the return or fees will incur.  

When returning goods please include a copy of your receipt or written paper with Tax Invoice Number, contact details & with the reason for the return.

Due to health regulations, we are unable to exchange or refund on any underwear purchases unless faulty within the manufacturer's warranty period. Bras are exempt from this policy.

Upon receiving your return we will assess your item/s and process a store credit or a refund, paid back to you via your original payment method. We don’t offer "item for item" exchanges as we can’t guarantee stock will be available of the requested item at the time of your exchange.

Warranty Claims

Manufacturers have very limited warranties that cover direct manufacturing faults or failures in their products. Damage caused by improper use or care, accident, modification, or negligence is not covered under warranty claims. It also excludes reasonable wear and tear, and natural material breakdown or fading due to age, use, or environmental conditions. As with all extreme sports, equipment suffers damage as a direct result of participation. Such damage to equipment is also not covered under warranty. We will do our best to complete all warranty claims with minimal cost to the customer. Please be advised no warranty is guaranteed. All warranty claims are forwarded to manufacturers/suppliers for consideration. Wild Earth will then follow through with the final steps from their decision of action whether to be repaired, credited or replaced.

It is an Occupational Health and Safety requirement that any product returned for evaluation is to be in a clean and dry condition. If otherwise Wild Earth will return items to customers address on warranty form.

Wild Earth is not liable for any inbound returns that are lost in transit. We suggest returns are sent with tracking information to confirm delivery.
