Suitable for installation on a flat or sloped ceiling, the 180cm cord suspension allows for simple height adjustment during installation. Includes PARTI CORD suspension kit and BATUR shade.

ASSEMBLY
If this fitting is supplied unassembled to reduce shipping cost and minimise damage, some assembly by the customer or the installing electrician may be required.
INSTALLATION
If this fitting requires installation, connection to the mains electrical supply, that installation must be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the wiring standard.
If this is a hardwired light fitting, and not specifically labelled “DIY” it must be installed by a licensed electrician.
OUTDOOR - if this is an outdoor fitting, it must be installed to the appropriate standard. Outdoor lights mounted on the wall or pillar will require the appropriate application of silicon sealant to ensure waterproofing.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note for change of mind or wrong product purchased returns, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
For change of mind returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For returns due to our fault, we will supply you with a return label so you don’t have to pay for return postage.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
