All orders are dispatched within 24 business hours from when the order is placed and are sent through a standard shipping service and will be delivered during business hours between 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Friday and may take between 3-7 days to be delivered.

Once your order has been dispatched it will be updated with the relevant tracking information. 

You may try calling the courier directly once dispatch and tracking information has been provided as they may be able to provide you with a better estimate on your delivery.

Change of Mind Returns
Change of Mind Returns are accepted at our discretion and must meet the below criteria:
- Returned within 14 days of receiving delivery of the item.

- A proof of purchase has been provided.

- Returned in original packaging, unopened with all included accessories in as new condition suitable for resale.

- We have been notified via to prior to any return being processed.

Returns must be inside of a new shipping box (return shipping label not to be attached directly to the product(s) box).
If your return doesn’t meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to not issue a refund or exchange.
