Faulty Goods Returns
If you believe you have purchased a faulty product, you must provide proof of purchase to receive a repaired or replacement product in line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Proof of purchase may be your original register receipt, credit card statement or any other form of evidence. Soundz Store Australia may have the faulty product assessed by a third-party certified repair agent to determine the nature and cause of the fault. Soundz Store Australia reserves the right to decline an exchange, refund or repair where any product fault is caused by misuse or neglect. Soundz Store Australia reserves the right to replace a faulty product preferentially to a refund such that a refund will only occur when a repaired, replaced or equivalent product cannot be supplied to customer as a remedy. Manufacturer Warranties in addition to ACL are detailed as relevant for each premium brand. Most of our premium products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim.
