What is Fresh Mop?
FRESH MOP is a hard floor cleaner designed for high-gloss floors such as terrazzo, marble and slate. It will not streak on glossy stone floors or polyurethane-sealed timber floors.

Description
FRESH MOP is a lemon-scented mildly alkaline cleaner that will remove fats, oils, dirt, spillages, vehicular road dirt, floor traffic, soilage and spills of all kinds.
For Use On
All hard surfaces, polished floors, tiles, fittings, windows, ducting, walls and paintwork. FRESH MOP is safe on terrazzo, marble and slate, cars and trucks.
FRESH MOP is ideal for any surface not harmed by water.

Refunds & Returns:
We are not required To provide a refund or replacement Simply because you changed your mind.
We may, at our sole discretion, allow a return for exchange product on a case-by-case basis, provided that the item in question is:
- returned within 30 days of order;
- not used or worn (with original tags and/or packaging);
- in a resalable condition; and not damaged in any way.
- restocking fee will be applied if the customer simply chnages mind or orders a wrong part.
If we allow a return in these circumstances, we will ask you to follow our returns process. If the box is opened or damaged, or if the item is used, then a 20% restocking fee may apply
You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase — e.g. your receipt.
