All orders, excluding bikes, are dispatched within 24 business hours from our Darra Warehouse. Bikes will be dispatched within approximately 4-5 working days.

If you want to send anything back then we can supply a refund as long as the item/s are in 100% sellable condition (i.e; retuned in undamaged packaging, brand new condition). Crooze reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item/s are not in sellable condition.
