CM423v3 is an HDMI 2.0 audio extractor that supports video resolutions up to 4K@60Hz and offers audio output via optical SPDIF or 3.5mm stereo. It also features ARC (Audio Return Channel) compatibility, allowing direct connection to an ARC-enabled TV. This makes it an ideal solution for outputting audio to an external speaker system with analog or optical inputs, especially for audio systems without HDMI inputs.
It allows you to extract embedded audio from an HDMI source or directly from an ARC-compatible TV, and output the audio separately through either a stereo connector or a digital optical SPDIF connector. It complies with HDMI 2.0b standards, and supports up to 18Gbps of bandwidth, perfect for home theatre setups, 4K gaming, or video streaming on a 4K display. This compact adapter can be placed behind your AV equipment and powered via USB, either from a wall charger or an available USB port on your TV.
