The EFM ECO 30W GaN Wall Charger delivers up to 30W of power delivery output via the single USB-C port, making this small but mighty unit capable of fast charging not only phones but also tablets. Utilising GaN technology, all this power fits into a formfactor smaller than most conventional 20W wall chargers. Leading the charge on sustainable design practises, the EFM ECO Wall Charger range is our first Global Recycling Standard (GRS) approved power range ever. Each ultra-compact wall charger is constructed from 90% post-consumer recycled PC, diverting plastic back into the supply chair which would normally enter landfill. Shipping Policy: Please note: We generally do not ship to PO BOX or Parcel locker. Please concoct us for special arrangement before you place an order for these addresses. All items will be shipped to buyer's address. If you are in a Suburb/Town, please put the Suburb/Town name on the City line directly. Please double-check your shipping address when you make the payment. Buyer is responsible for any extra postage cost caused by incorrect shipping address. All items will be shipped within 24-72 business hours upon receipt of payment. In most cases, delivery takes around 1-7 business days, it's highly depended on the efficiency of the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery date is calculated by carrier's system, delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

Address Changes: If you enter the incorrect name or shipping details and the item is returned to us, you will be subject to a RTS(return to sender) fee if we are unable to change the details before dispatch, and well as a reshipping fee (dependent on the items weight). We are not responsible for these changes if there is a mistake entered by the buyer. This fee is typically anticipated to be $10.50 for RTS + stander postage for re-shipment, regardless of Sale value

30 DAY MONEY BACK RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with your item for whatever reason, simply return it to us for a replacement, or refund.

The item must be returned in its original packaging/condition for change of mind purchases, please note a 20% deduction fee applies to any change of mind returns, minimum $10. The buyer is liable for the return postage. This also applies to orders cancelled when the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse.

Please note we only accept change of mind returns if it is returned in a saleable condition with original packaging. By saleable condition we mean that the item hasn’t been opened with factory sealed, is still in its original packaging and all manuals, packaging and accessories are included. If the item is missing the original packaging, or in the original packaging but damaged, or unsaleable condition, then unfortunately we won't accept this return. All items we sell come with a unique serial number. The serial number of the returned item must match the item we sell.

DOA Warranty Claims Policy
For items Dead on Arrival (DOA), Damaged in Transit, Faulty, or Delivered Incorrectly, please immediately contact our Customer Service team. We will assist you in resolving any concerns by possibly having the product returned in suitable packaging (preferably its original packaging).

Please Note:
A replacement or refund will be issued after the faulty item has been returned to us. Assessment may apply in some circumstances before a refund or replacement can be issued.

Standard Warranty Claims Policy

Items found to be faulty outside of the DOA period will be subject to standard warranty terms. ALL of our products are supported by a minimum 12 month return to base warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Please contact the product's manufacturer for troubleshooting first and more details about warranty terms.

Please note:
The customer will be responsible for any return postage costs.
The processing time is generally 2-4 weeks from when we receive the faulty unit.
The Warranty claim may result in a repair, new or refurbished replacement, or refund depending on manufacturer approval.
The customer should provide their invoice number and item's serial number when contacting us.
