We endeavor to fulfill the order in 2 working days and allow 5-7 working days from the time we receive your order, to when it arrives back to you by Australia Post (depending on where you live in Australia) or by our courier partners. Warranty Claims:

Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product.
