Directions for Use:
- Infuse ONE tea bag in a cup of hot water and allow to steep 1-2 minutes.
- Drink ONE cup once or twice daily.
- The dosage strength of the tea can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the steeping time in hot water.
- Recommended to have a shorter steeping time for first time drinkers.
