DIRECTIONS FOR USE >
- Heat or chill food to desired serving temperature before adding to the jar
- For optimal temperature retention, preheat the jar by adding boiling water for hot food or chilling with ice for cold food and secure the lid. Leave for a few minutes before emptying and then adding desired contents.

Australia Post and our other partners can deliver to any location in Australia, including P.O. Boxes.
Parcels will be dispatched after 2 business days, and delivered to you within 5 to 7 business working days. Please accommodate for delays as this may happen through Australia Post and our other courier partners.
