Ingredients

Organic fenugreek seed

Preparation: Use 1 teaspoon per cup of water. Steep in almost boiling water for up to 3 hours. Strain and drink. Add more water to pot, do not add more seed, reheat for another cup or two. 2 or 3 cups maximum daily.
