This portable double walled glass tea infuser is topped with an environmentally conscious bamboo lid.

Roogenic accessories are luxurious, convenient and designed especially for the unique brewing properties of Roogenic teas.

Please do not use any additional metal object (except for the tea basket) inside the Double Walled Infuser as it may cause the glass to shatter (this includes a metal spoon to stir).

Scoop one teaspoon of Roogenic tea into the stainless-steel infuser and simply add boiling water. The infuser will do the rest.

Most Roogenic teas can be rebrewed up to 3 times so make sure to reuse the leaves

Parcels are sent in plain and unmarked packaging to assure security and privacy.

Depending on the courier service, you may not require a signature upon delivery. Please provide an address where someone will be available during business hours to receive and sign for the parcel, otherwise collection from your local post office will be necessary. Australia Post and our other partners can deliver to any location in Australia, including P.O. Boxes.

 

Parcels will be dispatched after 2 business days, and delivered to you within 5 to 7 business working days. Please accommodate for delays as this may happen through Australia Post and our other courier partners.

 

Change of Mind Returns:

We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.

Most products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

• The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included

• We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

Warranty Claims:

Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your Account to raise a warranty claim.
