Ingredients
Organically grown lemon myrtle, organic hibiscus, organic ginger, beetroot, organic mint.
In a cup or teapot, pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag. Allow to steep for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea. For iced tea, steep 4 tea bags in 1 litre of boiling water for 10 minutes. Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.
