Parcels are sent in plain and unmarked packaging to assure security and privacy.
Depending on the courier service, you may not require a signature upon delivery. Please provide an address where someone will be available during business hours to receive and sign for the parcel, otherwise collection from your local post office will be necessary. Australia Post and our other partners can deliver to any location in Australia, including P.O. Boxes.
Parcels will be dispatched after 2 business days, and delivered to you within 5 to 7 business working days. Please accommodate for delays as this may happen through Australia Post and our other courier partners.
Change of Mind Returns:

Most products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.
