• Simply plug into a standard electrical outlet and allow 15 minutes
to reach full operating temperature.
• Then simply add your favourite essential oil/blend or wax melt the tart to
the bowl, as recommended.
When using Essential Oils or Blend
• Add 8-10 drops of your favourite essential oil or blend to the recessed
bowl and enjoy the aroma.
• Use only pure essential oils or essential oil blends.
When using Wax Melts Tarts
• Remove all labels and packaging from the Wax Melts before use. Then add your favourite Wax Melt or tart to the bowl.
• Do not over fill the bowl.
• The dissolving time of individual wax melts will and can vary with different products.
• Do not add or use water, as it is not necessary.
• To clean simply requires a wipe with a damp cloth.

Parcels are sent in plain and unmarked packaging to assure security and privacy.
Depending on the courier service, you may not require a signature upon delivery. Please provide an address where someone will be available during business hours to receive and sign for the parcel, otherwise collection from your local post office will be necessary. Australia Post and our other partners can deliver to any location in Australia, including P.O. Boxes.
Parcels will be dispatched after 2 business days, and delivered to you within 5 to 7 business working days. Please accommodate for delays as this may happen through Australia Post and our other courier partners.
Change of Mind Returns:
We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.
Most products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

Warranty Claims:
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your Account to raise a warranty claim.
