If you are unhappy with your item for whatever reason, simply return it to us for a replacement, or refund.

The item must be returned in its original packaging/condition for change of mind purchases, please note a 20% deduction fee applies to any change of mind returns, minimum $10. The buyer is liable for the return postage. This also applies to orders cancelled when the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse.

Please note we only accept change of mind returns if it is returned in a saleable condition with original packaging. DOA Warranty Claims Policy
