Empty packet into large bowl, preheat overn to 200C, slowly add 225ml of your choice of plant milk and mix well with a silicone spatula, mash 100g ripe banana in a small bowl then add to mixture, transfer into bread tin and bake for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown on top.
