2die4 Live Food's Organic Activated Walnuts are probably the crunchiest, most delicious walnuts you'll find. They've also been activated via a traditional activation process (using a small amount of fresh whey in the soak) which transforms the taste of walnuts by banishing bitterness, making them a whole lot sweeter!
All ingredients are certified organic and all nuts and seeds are activated. Why activated? Nuts and seeds contain phytic acid that may interact with digestion and absorption, so by activating seeds - a process of long soaking them and then dehydrating them this reduces the phytates.
