equivalent to fresh propolis 400mg/ml
Directions for internal use: Adults - take 1mL (20 drops) twice daily or as directed by your healthcare professional
Directions for buccal use inside the mouth: Adults - dilute 1mL (20 drops) into 20mL of water and swish around the mouth for 30 seconds, twice daily
Directions for topical use: Adults - after cleansing the wound apply sparingly to the affected area, three times daily
