Mag-Sup magnesium supplements are in high potency and contain 500mg magnesium aspartate per tablet, that is equal to 37.4 mg elemental magnesium. Magnesium Aspartate may have increased bioavailability and oral absorption. These tablets are generally used in the case of magnesium deficiencies and may help with managing the symptoms of muscle cramps, spasms, aches and period cramps. Magnesium is an essential mineral for the nerves, heart, muscles, and bones to function normally.
Mag-Sup contains no added sugar, lactose, gluten, salt, preservative, artificial colourings, or flavourings.
Each tablet of Mag-Sup contains magnesium aspartate 500mg per tablet equivalent to 37.4 mg elemental magnesium.
Adults & Children over 12 years: Take 2 to 6 tablets daily with meals or as advised by your health professional.
Children 6 - 12 years: Take 1 to 3 tablets daily with meals or as advised by your health professional.
Children under 6 years: as advised by your health professional.
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
