Adults and Children over 14yrs: Chew one tablet daily or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
Children 4yrs−13yrs: Chew 1/2 tablet per day (use score mark to break tablet).
For optimal absorption, take on an empty stomach.
Store below 25°C. In a dry place.
Do not use if cap seal is missing or broken.
