Push balm up manually (incrementally) from the bottom. The first push from the bottom of the tube breaks a tiny seal, so it takes a bit more pressure. use fingers a key, a pen or another tool to push up the lip balm. Only use enough pressure to apply the lip balm successfully so top of balm in tube, stays exposed.
