Naturally sweet and delicious, these dried apricots are darker in colour as they have been dried naturally without the use of sulphur dioxide (E220 or 220) that preserves the colour. A great snack. Grown in the valleys of the Malatya region of Turkey these dried apricots are full of goodness and flavour.
They are an ideal healthy snack, can be added to cereal and trail mixes and used in baking. As this is a preservative-free, raw product, higher temperatures can cause the moisture and the sugar in the fruit to react (starting the fermentation process) so we recommend refrigeration.
