Magnesium+ Arnica Pain Relief Heat Cream by Brauer has ingredients that may help relieve mild muscle aches & pains and mild joint pain & swelling as used in western herbal medicine.
It has been formulated to provide a penetrating heat without the burning sensation of some heat creams. This cream has a combination of ingredients like Arnica Montana, methyl silicate and menthol. Finally, cream also has the ingredient Ruta graveolens which is traditionally used in Homeopathic Medicine to relieve muscle cramps
These ingredients have been used in western herbal medicine and homeopathic medicine to:
- Reduce symptoms of muscle injury
- Relieve mild joint aches & pain
- Enhance bruise healing
- Menthol has been used as an analgesic to relieve pain in western herbal medicine

Each 1 g cream contains: Arnica montana liquid extract 125mg From dry flower 25mg Menthol 60mg Methyl salicylate 65mg Magnesium chloride hexahydrate 169.5mg Equiv. Magnesium 20mg Homeopathic Ruta graveolens 6C 2mg
Other Ingredients (Excipients) ethanol glycerol imidurea poloxamer polysorbate 20 potassium sorbate purified water
Directions:
Adults Only: Apply a thin layer (Approx. 1 g) onto affected area and gently massage until absorbed into skin.
Repeat 5 times daily. Wash hands immediately after use.
