Apple Blackcurrant flavoured Hydralyte ice blocks, help relieve symptoms of dehydration. It also helps replace water & electrolytes lost due to vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating, vigorous exercise and occasional hangovers. Signs of mild dehydration include sticky or dry mouth, increased thirst, lethargy, decreased urine output, dark yellow urine.
When suffering from nausea, sucking slowly on the frozen ice blocks makes it easier to rehydrate. Hydralyte Ice Blocks is an innovative way to let children think of them more as a frozen treat rather than a medicine. Can be given to children on hot days. Can also be consumed to restore lost fluid as a result of the diuretic effect of alcohol and is best taken before you go to bed.

- Place Hydralyte Ice Blocks in the freezer.
- When frozen cut open one end with clean scissors.
- Push the frozen Hydralyte Ice Block from the uncut end.
- Suck small amounts until consumed.

For dehydration due to other causes:
Drink Hydralyte when thirsty or exhibiting signs of dehydration. Do not exceed the maximum daily dosage.
Store below 30°C

If diarrhoea persists for more than 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children aged 3-6 years or 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years, seek medical advice.
