Creatine Monohydrate
Consume 3 grams of CREA-8 with 8 Ounces (240 ml) of water or mix with OxyWhey Lean Wellness Protein.
During loading phase (1 week), consume 10 grams of CREA-8 pre and post workout with 8 ounces (240 ml) water.
Creatine requires a 1 week loading phase for maximum effectiveness. This means you should take it in higher doses for the first week to optimize levels in your muscles so that you can perform at your best.
