Use a quarter-sized amount, depending on hair length. Massage into wet hair and scalp for 2-3 minutes, and rinse.
Note: Since these Organic Shampoos are free from sulfates, an ingredient that creates lather but may dry or strip moisture, they do not lather as much as conventional shampoos that contain sulfates. This does not reduce the effectiveness of the product.
