Before showering, brush dry mitt over your entire body using firm, circular motions, gradually moving towards your heart. Be sure to concentrate on dry/rough areas like elbows and knees. For gentler exfoliation, dampen the mitt and use on wet skin in the shower. Nourish and hydrate skin post-shower with your favourite LAMAV Ayurvedic Body Oil. Rinse mitt well after each use and hang in shower to dry. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
