Nicotinell mint chewing gum, 4mg, assists you in your journey to a smoke free life. It helps by alleviating the urge to smoke, it also helps with a few of the unpleasant withdrawal effects which you might go through while trying to quit smoking. The chewing action, keeps your mouth occupied whilst releasing nicotine. This helps reduce you desire to smoke.
Nicotine
1) Place one gum in your mouth and chew slowly until the taste becomes strong
2) Park the gum between your gum and cheek to absorb the nicotine.
3) When the taste has faded chew again, repeat the process for around 30 minutes
Most people use 8-12 pieces of the 2 mg gum or 4-6 pieces of the 4 mg gum in a day. Do not use more than 20 pieces of the 2 mg gum or 10 pieces of the 4 mg gum in a day. Cut down usage after 3 months to 1-2 pieces per day, stopping at around 6 months (or earlier if you are ready).
