Each tablet contains: Levomefolic acid (Quatrefolic® as Levomefolate glucosamine) 500mcg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 1.4mg, Nicotinic acid (Vitamin B3) 18mg, Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6 as Pyridoxine hydrochloride) 1.9 mg, Mecobalamin (Vitamin B12 as co-methylcobalamin) 500mcg
