Nutra-Life Magnesium Sleep has Passion flower, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help induce sleep and help relieve disturbed / restless sleep.
The formula has 3 sources of Magnesium which support neuromuscular function. This formula also contains the herbal ingredients Passion flower, Ziziphus and Corydalis.
Each Mag Sleep capsule provides:
- Magnesium oxide 201mg
- Equiv. Magnesium 120mg
- Magnesium amino acid chelate 250mg
- Equiv. Magnesium 50mg
- Magnesium phosphate pentahyrdate 145.2mg
- Equiv. Magnesium 30mg

- Ziziphus jujuba (Jujube) seed dry extract 100mg
