Replace each meal with one 60g bar, 3 times a day. One serve of Optislim VLCD Bar can be replaced with one serve of any other product in the Optislim VLCD range. We recommend that a minimum of 2 litres of water and 2 cups of mainly green vegetables are consumed in addition to the Optislim VLCD Bars daily. This product should not be used by pregnant, nursing or lactating women or by infants, children and adolescents, except when medically indicated.
Usage Advice
Replace each meal with one 55g soup sachet, 3 times a day. One serve of Optislim VLCD 60g Bars can be replaced with one serve of any other product in the Optislim VLCD range. We recommend that a minimum of 2 litres of water and 2 cups of mainly green vegetables are consumed in addition to the Optislim VLCD Bars daily.
