Free Delivery on Healthylife orders over $50*
Originated from Central and South American highlands, Power Super Foods' chia seeds are fairly traded, organic and sourced from traditional growing regions. They are one of the highest sources of omega-3 fatty acids from a non-animal, and also high in Omega-6, antioxidants, calcium and magnesium. Chia seeds are a versatlise superfood, and can be added to cereals, yoghurt, fruit, smoothies, juices, baking mixes and even can be used to make "vegan eggs."
Certified Organic fairly traded Chia Seeds (Salvia hispanica)
Light in flavour, Power Super Foods Organic Chia seeds can be sprinkled in cereals, yoghurt, salads, stir fries, smoothies and juices to increase your nutrient intake. They can also be added in baking mixes, bliss balls and to make vegan “eggs”: one tablespoon of chia to three tablespoons of water creates a mix providing the moisture and binding properties of one egg.
