Lotus Organic Cassava Flour is a premium organic cassava flour and a great source of fibre and starch. Use it in cassava flour recipes like baked goods, cassava flour biscuits, cassava flour cakes, and as a cassava flour thickener in soups and sauces.
What is cassava flour?
It's obtained from the root of the cassava plant, which is crushed, pressed, dried and milled to make fine cassava flour.

Cassava Pancakes (Serves 5) 5 ripe bananas 5 eggs 1 1/4 cups Lotus Organic Cassava Flour Coconut oil (to cook) In a blender, combine the bananas, eggs and Lotus Organic Cassava Flour. Puree until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Your mix should be a thick but pourable batter, add a spoonful more flour if too thin or a spoonful of water if too thick. In a large frying pan, warm coconut oil and when hot add large spoonfuls of your mix to the pan. Cook for 2 minutes or until starting to bubble, flip and cook the other side. Serve with your favourite toppings.
