Epsom salt is not actually a salt - it's magnesium sulfate, a pure mineral compound with dozens of time-tested uses.
Extracted from natural deposits, Gold cross Epsom Salts, which when absorbed through the skin help to relax and relieve muscle aches and inflammation in joints. Epsom salts are also perfect for stress relief, sports recovery, and tired & sore feet.
Can also be used as a skin scrub to exfoliate and smooth the skin.
Magnesium Sulfate 100%
As a bath soak - Add 2 cups of Epsom Salts to a warm bath and soak the body.
As a body scrub - Add 2 tablespoons of Epsom Salts to your regular body wash and rub in a circular motion. Rinse well.
Store in a cool dry environment. Keep lid of tub closed when not using.
