Change of Mind Returns
1. Rarities AU will allow a return where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:
- returned within 14 days of receiving the order;
- as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags intact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
- in a resalable condition; and
- not damaged in any way.
2. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.
3. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by Rarities AU, you will not be eligible for a return.
4. You may be provided with a refund only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements outlined above.
5. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.
6. Change of mind returns are not accepted for intimates, which includes underwear, hosiery, socks, swimwear and adult toys due to hygienic reasons. Remedies for defective goods are still available. Under no circumstances can change of mind returns for digital access codes or downloadable software be accepted. See below list.

However, we would like to inform our customers that due to the nature of some retired stock items, there may be some shelf wear present on the boxes. While we make every effort to select the best quality boxes for our orders, we cannot guarantee that all items we ship will be in mint condition.

Please be assured that any collectibles with significant damage or defects will not be shipped.

Restocking Fee Policy for Returns

At Rarities AU, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. To cover the costs associated with processing returns and restocking items, we have implemented the following restocking fee policy:

1. Restocking Fee Percentage:

A restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price will be applied to all eligible returns. This percentage is calculated based on the total value of the returned item(s) before any discounts or promotions.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

Restocking fees apply to returns of products that are in new, unused, and resalable condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and any other included components.

3. Return Authorization:

Customers must obtain a return authorization (RA) number before returning any item. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and receive your RA number.

4. Refund Process:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

5. Customized or Collectable Items:

Restocking fees may be higher for customized or collectable items. Please contact our customer service team for specific details.

6. Changes to Policy:

Rarities AU reserves the right to modify or amend this restocking fee policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.

Warranty Claims: Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product.
