At Appliance Giant, we offer a 14-day change of mind return policy from the date of delivery. If you wish to return an item within this period, please contact usfor return approval. Returns incur a 20% restocking or change of mind fee. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process a resolution accordingly.

• The item must be in its original packaging, with all accessories included.

• We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the return delivery.
