Magnesium Sulphate (Epsom Salts), Magnesium Chloride, Sodium Carbonate, Dimethyl Sulfone (MSM), Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil.
Add 1-2 cups to a warm bath or 1/2 cup for a foot soak. Minerals will dissolve quickly and easily into the bath. Soak for at least 20 minutes. Repeat daily as necessary.
Store below 30°C.
