The Tangle Tie has various advantages: it is caring to the hair, it helps you avoid headaches caused by tight hair bands and it is wearable with all hair types.
When this hair ring is wrapped around the hair, it places uneven pressure around the circumference of the ponytail or a bun. Standard hair rings put even pressure on the hair, leaving an obvious mark. The Tangle Tie's peculiar telephone shape eliminates this.
The uneven pressure produced by the Tangle Tie allows for the hair to be held strongly without being too tight. This gives individual hairs more space within the ponytail or in a bun than they would have when wearing a normal hair band.
