Serakaia will allow refunds for change of mind, provided that the item purchased is returned in the same condition as it was delivered and if the following conditions have been met;

•             Return is made within 14 days from initial delivery of the order

•             Item is new not used, worn or opened and has all original packaging and tags attached. Any and all security seals must be unbroken

•             Item is not damaged in any way

•             We cannot accept change of mind returns for items where the security seals are broken or damaged

•             Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Buyers also accept and acknowledge the risks associated with return postage. Items not received by Serakaia will not be eligible for a refund

•             Refunds are processed only when the returned product is received and complies with the requirements outlined above

•             Any refunds processed under this policy is total order value less the initial shipping charges

•             If the returned item does not meet the conditions of the policy outlined above, Buyers will be responsible for the cost of returning the product back to your nominated address.

•             Should the item be returned to sender for failure to pickup by the buyer, or for an incorrect address provided by the buyer, any refund issued will be less any and all fees and charges incurred for the return to sender postage costs.

•             Any redelivery costs incurred due to an incorrect shipping address listed on the buyer's account at time of shipping will be borne by the buyer.

Restocking Fee Policy for Returns

At Serakaia, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. To cover the costs associated with processing returns and restocking items, we have implemented the following restocking fee policy:

A restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price will be applied to all eligible returns. This percentage is calculated based on the total value of the returned item(s) before any discounts or promotions.

Restocking fees apply to returns of products that are in new, unused, and resalable condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and any other included components.

 

3. Return Authorisation:

Customers must obtain a return authorisation (RA) number before returning any item. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and receive your RA number.

 

4. Refund Process:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

 

5. Customised or Collectable Items:

Restocking fees may be higher for customized or collectable items. Please contact our customer service team for specific details.

 

6. Changes to Policy:

Serakaia reserves the right to modify or amend this restocking fee policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.

 

Warranty Returns

1. Where you return the products to us to seek a remedy, you will need to cover any associated costs (for example delivery costs) of you returning the products to us.
