Does the SW9600 cook rice? No. The SW9600 is a rice warmer - it keeps already-cooked hot rice warm until it is served. Only place freshly cooked hot rice into it; it is not designed to cook or reheat cold rice.
How much rice does it hold? It has a 9.6 litre bowl, around 55 portions, so you can keep large volumes of rice ready for peak periods.
Is the bowl easy to clean? Yes. The bowl is non-stick coated so rice lifts out cleanly, and the stainless steel body and lid wipe down easily.
