We use Australia Post for shipments and goods are shipped with tracking numbers.
We dispatch between 1-3 business days after receiving an order. Following dispatch, an order may take a further 2-5 business days to reach the customer.
You understand that we will use our best endeavours to meet stated timeframes for dispatch and delivery, however many factors can affect these timeframes and we cannot guarantee that they will always be met.
Australia Post timeframes from our warehouse are generally as follows:
Delivery Area -Standard -Melbourne, Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo is 2-4 Days
Sydney, Wollongong, Newcastle, ACT, Central Coast, Adelaide is 3-7 Days
Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Hobart is 3-8 Days
Perth, Darwin is 6-12 Days
Rest of Australia is 6-14 Days
Change of Mind Returns:
If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.
Please Note:
Postage is paid by the customer
The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included, and unused.
We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

Warranty Claims:
Our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.
