The De Lorenzo Novacolor is a complete range of low-ammonia based colours with UV inhibitiors designed to resist fading from our harsh sun. Novacolor contains an infusion of Australian native plant extracts and protein complexes to ensure truer, richer, long-lasting colour, complete grey coverage and unmatched shine and condition.
It provides supreme, long-lasting vibrancy across 111 shades, from clean glossy blondes through to deep dark bases and every vibrant fashion shade in between.

It comes with an infusion of Australian native plant extracts and helpful amino acid parts to make up an amazing hair colouring formula. It keeps the hair in good shape and maintains the original shine after a hair colouring session.

Directions:
Wash hair and rinse properly. mix the Novacolor of choice with the appropriate amount of developer/ Peroxide and apply the De Lorenzo Novacolour to your customers hair in sections. Use your gloved fingers to work the dye into your customers hair.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.
If your parcel has not been delivered within the above timeframes, please contact us via your MyDeal Account so we can investigate the matter right away. Hair & Beauty Supplies is always happy to investigate delayed and missing deliveries, so please notify us so we can resolve the matter as soon as possible.
Hair & Beauty Supplies will allow a refund or exchange on products where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:
- Returned within 14 days of receiving order;
- As new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
- In a resalable condition; and
- Not damaged in any way.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.
You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping if you change your mind. If the item is not received by us, you will not be eligible for a credit or exchange. We recommend you insure high value items that you return for change of mind.
You may be provided with a product exchange, refund or store credit (at our discretion) only when the returned product is received, and it complies with this returns policy.
If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on personal hygiene products, or electrical items that have been opened, unless the product is damaged/ faulty from the manufacturer. If an electrical item is damaged or faulty from the manufacturer, please see "Warranty Claims".
Warranty Claims:
Most of our electrical products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim.
If an item arrives damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of Australia Post to refund your purchase amount as the item no longer belongs to us once the delivery is accepted. If the parcel is visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery from Australia Post and we will gladly replace the item/ refund your funds.
Can I cancel, update or edit my order?
Once an order is placed, we can not cancel, update or amend it. In the event you've made a mistake and have notified us within 20 minutes of placing your order, we may be able to intercept your order during our usual business hours. Please note, if your order is in process or transit, we are unable to provide refunds or credits unless the product has been returned. When you receive the order you may wish to notify us of your wish to return your item. Additional shipping and return fees may apply.
