The Stock Merchant Chicken Bone Broth is a ready-to-drink, rich, bone broth extracted from free range Australian chicken bones. It's made over a 24-hour period - with no vegetables - and the result is a bone broth rich in nutrients, minerals and amino acids.
A healthy, ready to drink bone broth to sip straight from a cup or use as a base for bone broth recipes for casseroles, soups, and adding depth of flavour to pasta recipes and slow cook recipes.
The Stock Merchant bone broths undergo a 24-hour extraction time, with aromatic vegetables and herbs, to leach the maximum amount of nutrients from the bones and they're made following the same process as a homemade bone broth. Rich in gelatin, collagen and amino acids. The Stock Merchant only use chicken and beef bones from free-range, pasture-raised and grass-fed animals. Zero antibiotics or growth hormones are used and the chickens and steers are raised in natural, humane conditions. Plus their bone broths are made without garlic or onion.
