The My Family brand makes the every day fun and fabulously coordinated! What family doesn't want the best for their baby, toddler or pre-schooler. Safe materials, fun designs and reasonable prices all from an Australian company that has been involved in raising family brands and their own family since 2004. If we won't let our families use it, it doesn't make the range!
My Family Stainless Steel drink bottles are made from super safe food grade 18/8 stainless steel and of course our accessories are free from BPA and our inks are non-toxic.

Quality Warranty
Our range is built to last, but we can't guarantee that our products can withstand tantrums and drops from the top of the cubby house. Our products have a manufacturer's warranty of twelve months. This covers any manufacturing defects such as issues with parts or materials. Everyday wear and tear, and care issues including ripping, spills, mould and stains (i.e issues NOT caused by a fault in the manufacturing process) are not covered under manufacturer warranty.
If you are having any issues with your My Family products, please send us an email at returns@lifestyleparenting.com. We may require photos of products to valuate if it has been mishandled. Replacement parts will be utilised to address defects when available.
Please supply us with your order number or proof of purchase and photos of the fault when you email us. :)

Returns
Returns or refunds for Everyday Market items can't be processed in-store. These items are sold and shipped by our Everyday Market Partners, so all returns must be arranged online via Feedback & Enquiry form.
Change of Mind Returns
You can request a change of mind return within 30 days of purchase if your item is in new condition. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, including all tags for clothing, footwear and accessories. Some items aren’t eligible for a change of mind return, including bulky items, personal or hygiene-sensitive products, perishables, custom or personalised items, e-gift cards, prepaid SIMs, and dangerous goods. Faulty or Damaged Returns
If your item is faulty or arrives damaged, please contact the Everyday Market Partner as soon as possible via Feedback & Enquiry form. Providing clear details and photos will help the Everyday Market Partner assess the issue and work with you to resolve it quickly. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.
