Our shipping process is impressive and we normally have your item out within 10 hours of purchase. You should expect to receive your item within 3-7 business days.

Change of Mind

We may allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product. You will not receive a refund for the original shipping cost of the product.

Exclusions to our change of mind policy

We do not allow change of mind returns on the following products.

• heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. vending machines);

• clothing; (due to hygiene and covid safety measures);

• sunglasses;

• sports shoes, boots and footwear;

• prospecting equipment;

Products which are on promotion (indicated by a ‘Sale’ or ‘Limited Time Deal’ badges, or which were discounted with a coupon or promo code) will also be ineligible for change of mind returns.

We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards. These include where:

• we believe have made an unreasonable amount of change of mind return requests; or

• we suspect fraud, misuse or abuse of this policy.

Damaged or faulty items

If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Warranty includes:
Vending machines: 3 months.
Sunglasses and fashion sale items: No warranty.
Sport Shoes: 1 month warranty.
Prospecting equipment: 1 month warranty.

No change of mind returns are available on any of our products.
