Standing at 3.1m high, the gazebo allows room for people's height differences. Coming in various colours, there is a choice to suit everyone's needs.

Suggestions: This product is considered a 'temporary structure' and must be securely fixed due to the size of the item. In Some circumstances, it may be adequate to use light buy ropes and sandbags (provided) to secure the item. We advise customers to never leave the canopy up overnight or under bad weather conditions. We will not be responsible for such weather damage. It is up to the customer's decision to determine the correct weather condition.

• RETURNS:
  • All returns must be approved by Always Direct before the item is sent back. Where appropriate, you will be issued with a return form. The return offer is valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
  • If you wish to return an item due to change of mind, a 20% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If goods are delivered faulty or not of acceptable quality (DOA), please contact us strictly within 14 days of receiving the item for Always Direct to approve a return. After the return has been received an inspected, Always Direct will, at their discretion, provide either a refund, replacement or repair dependent on the situation. 
  • If an item, upon its return is found not to be faulty after thorough inspection, a $50 service fee may be charged, as well as return shipping costs.
• WARRANTY:
  • After the DOA period has expired, a further warranty period may apply.
  • Most Always Direct products come with a 3 month warranty unless specified otherwise on the individual product description.
  • If a fault should arise within the warranty period, a replacement will be issued. If the item is no longer available then a full refund will be given.
  • Many products are also covered by a manufacturer's warranty in the event of a defect.
