Meet the Sea Otter Family - Pack includes Father Colin, Mother Myra, and Sisters Marina & Baby Manon. Dressed in removable fabric clothing, these miniature animal figures have articulated arms, legs and head and are made with a high quality fabric giving them a soft velveteen surface. Each figurine has its own story and can be complemented with a range of accessories. Colin is an easygoing type who likes to sit and watch the sea. He loves his little shell shaped bag, where he keeps a precious pearl that he found at the beach years ago, as well as his favourite skin cream.Myra is a little impatient-She's always hurrying here and there, and often forgets what she was doing! She's good at opening shells-she can get them open in no time!Marina is always on the go and loves swimming. She always wears a swimsuit under her skirt and when she sees somewhere she can swim, she whips off her skirt and dives in.Manon likes swimming in the sea with Marina. She wants to be able to swim just as far as her big sister one day, so she puts on her goggles (they look just like Marina's!) and practices putting her face in the water. Warranty Claims & Returns
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the Australian Warranty card/manual included with the product for details. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.
If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.
We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.
We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.

All faulty items that are claimed within 30 days of being received will be provided a free return shipping label.
Change of Mind Returns Policy
30 Days, Buyer pays for return postage.
We offer full refunds (minus original shipping costs) on unopened goods when returned within 30 days of being received.
Any returns found to have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange and will be assessed by our team to determine eligibility for a partial refund. If the outcome of this assessment is not agreed upon by the customer within 30 days of being received by us, the product will be considered abandoned, and we will dispose of it.
Refunds Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
